采用X射线法测算金属材料内部残余应力的研究

Study on the interior residual stress of metal surveyed by x-ray method

阐述了采用Ｘ射线法测量经感应加热淬火后的４５号钢试样内部的残余应力的原理和方法．试验表明，用Ｘ射线法测量和用修正公式计算残余应力沿层深的分布准确、可靠．

The principle and method of using x-ray method to survey the interior residual stress of 45# steel sample treated though induction heating quenching is proposed. The test trail shows that the distribution of the residual stress surveyed by x-Tay method and counted by the revise formula is accurate and reliable.
