灌洗法一期切除吻合术在左侧梗阻性结肠癌中的应用

The applications of enema enterectomy to left obstructive colon cancer

目的探讨左半结肠癌并梗阻一期切除吻合的可行性。方法术中灌洗肠内容物,术后吻合口减压。结果1995年至1999年所遇左侧梗阻性大肠癌中选择5例用此方法吻合成功。结论左侧梗阻性大肠癌,只要掌握好手术指针,术中充分灌洗肠内容物,术后扩肛可一期切除吻合。

Objective:Explore the feasibility of the anastomosis after first stage left coton incision of the colon cancer complicated by obstraction.Methods:Clean the colon in operation completely,reduce the pressure of the cut after operation.Results:Succeed in 5 patients from 1995 to 1999.Conclusion:It is possible to make the first stage incision anastomosis after the operation of coton cancer complicated by obstraction in the prerequsite that we master the guiding principle of operation and clean the colon completely in operation.
