小儿植物神经性癫痫的诊治体会

目的为提高对小儿植物神经性癫痫的认识。方法对16例患儿进行临床表现,脑电图检查及治疗方面进行分析与重新思考。结果临床医师要动态观察小儿脑电图的变化,抓住此病反复发作特点,且排除其它器质性疾病。结论早期诊断,规律用药是提高本病治愈的关键。

Objective:In order to heighten a know of infantile autonomic epilepsy.Methods:The clinical data of 16 patients were retrospectively analysed and anew think.Results:The physician ought to dynamically observe the changes in children's electroencephalogram,catch hold of the clinical character of repeated occur in this and remove other organic diseases.Conclusion:It is important to do early diagnosis and proper use the drug,which is helpful to cure the disease in the infantile autonomic epilepsy.
