摘要
目的:进一步探讨■与颞下颌关节的关系。方法:通过建立动物模型,观察偏侧咀嚼时不同的垂直距离对双侧髁状突、关节盘形态的影响。结果:偏侧咀嚼时双侧髁状突各细胞层及关节盘的形态均有不同变化。非咀嚼侧重于咀嚼侧。加高垂直距离后,双侧髁状突、关节盘在形态学上的改变比保持原垂直距离组变化更明显。结论:偏侧咀嚼是颞下颌关节紊乱综合症的病因之一。
Objective: To further study the relationship between the occlusion and temporomandiblular joint. Methods: An animal model of unilateral masticatory was established. The effects of various vertical dimensions under unilateral masticatory condition on the morphology of bilateral condyies and articular discs were observed. Results: There were different morphologic changes in cell-layers of bilateral condyles and articular disc when unilateral masticatory, and more serious changes in non- masticatory side. More obviously morphologic changes were found in bilateral condyles and articular disc after uplifting the vertical dimension. Conclusions: Unilateral masticatory is one factor of TMD etiology.
