老年人磁性附着体可摘局部覆盖义齿修复

Analyze 20 cases prostheticed with removable partial overdenture with magnetic attachment in the eldly

目的：观察老年人牙列缺损患者采用磁性附着体可摘局部覆盖义齿的修复效果。方法：采用Ｍａｇｆｉｔ磁性附着体固位修复６０岁以上的老年人牙列缺损２０例，对义齿的固位、使用及基牙健康等情况进行为期两年的随访观察，对出现的问题及对策进行初步探讨。结果２０例采用磁性附着体可摘局部覆盖义齿固位较佳，使用效果好，基牙无龋坏，３例龈缘炎症，其中２例基牙牙槽骨较修复前略有吸收，但牙齿松动度未见明显改变。１例上颌义齿因金属支架断裂而致磁体脱落，经对症处理后，问题均得以解除。结论：Ｍａｇｆｉｔ磁性附着体可摘局部覆盖义齿对老年人牙列缺损患者有较好的修复效果。

Objective: To observe the results of using magnetic attachment in removable partial over denture of the eldly over 60. Methods: Clinical observation of retention of denture, reaction of patients, health of abutment teeth were recorded according to 20 cases for 2 years. Results: All cases had good retentions and reactions except for 3 cases of gingivitis and 1 case of magnetic attachment falling off for mental frame breaking off. Conclusions: Overdenture with magnetic attachment has good effects for the eldly.
