摘要 目的:测试GI-Ⅱ型渗透陶瓷氧化铝粉浆粘度,探讨在涂塑中的注意事项。材料与方法:将氧化铝粉体及其专用调和液分别按粉液质量比8:1,7:1,6:1,5:1,4:1的比例配制2份,其中1份加入增塑剂,用旋转法测粘度。结果:粉液比越小,粘度越大;粉液比为7、6、5、4时,粘度变化相对缓慢;粉浆中加入增塑剂,可以明显降低粘度;粉浆粘度随剪切速率增大而减小。结论:调拌粉浆时可选择4~7:1粉液比及加入增塑剂。同时,应充分超声振荡,以有利于粉浆中粉体分散均匀和排除气泡。 Objective: This study was to determine alumina slurry viscosity of GI-Ⅱ Infiltrated Ceramic for complications of its slip casting. Methods: The Two alumina slurries with powder-to-mixing liquid mass ratio of 8: 1, 7: 1, 6: 1, 5: 1, 4: 1, respectively,one of which was added plasticizer, were prepared. Their viscosity values were determined with rotation method. Results: The viscosity values declined along with powder/liquid ratios and rose with shear rate. The values changed much more slowly when powder/liquid ratios were 8: 1,7: 1,6: 1,5: 1,4: 1,respectively. And addition of the plasticizer into the slurries significantly reduced their viscosity values. Conclusions: It may be advisable to choose powder/liquid ratios of 7~4:1 and add plasticzer into alumina slurry before slip casting, while with enough ultrasonic vibration in order to distribute powder evenly in the slurry and remove possible air bubbles.
