摘要
1996年,美国国会修改了关于经纪人诈骗的有关法律。其修改的有关条款对被告,即经纪人明显有利。让人惊奇的是,此类诉讼的数目在下降了一段时间以后显著增加。
In1996,the law governing class action claims of fraud against brokers and others in the securities industry was revised to increase the bias in favor of defendants.Contrary to the common expectation,the number of suits filed increased after an initial drop.
