离体气管法实验对理解平滑肌生理特性的作用与意义

Effect and significance of isolated trachea experiment for students to understand the physiological properties of smooth muscle

目的 通过离体气管的不同制备方法 ,分析其各自的特点 ,选择适用于学生实验的最佳制备方法。方法 取健康豚鼠的离体气管 ,分别制备成 :气管片、气管连环和气管螺旋条 ,分别观察它们对相关生理活性物质的反应。结果 气管螺旋条和气管连环因药物引起的收缩、舒张作用明显 ,气管螺旋条作用最强 ,而气管片的反应弱。结论 气管螺旋条制备法适用于学生生理机能实验。

s:Objective To analyze the characteristics of different preparation methods of isolated trachea and select the best one for students Methods The trachea of guinea pig was isolated and prepared to be the slice, concatemer and spiroid streak respectively and their responses to some physiological active substances were observed Results The trachea spiroid streak and concatemer showed obvious of effects contraction and diastolization to the active substances The effects of the spiroid streak was the strongest, while the slice was the weakest Conclusion The trachea spiroid streak was the most practical experimental method for students to understand physiological functional experiment
