Resection of pituitary adenoma with transnasoseptal transsphenoidal approach

目的 探索微创切除垂体腺瘤的手术方法。方法 对５２例垂体腺瘤采用经鼻中隔蝶窦入路切除术。结果 此种术式减少了手术创伤，缩短了手术路径，且不影响美观。结论 经鼻中隔蝶窦切除垂体腺瘤安全有效，创伤小。是值得选择的一种手术方法。

Objective To study a minimally invasive operative method on pituitary adenoma. Methods 52 cases of pituitary adenoma were operated on by transnasoseptal transsphenoidal approach. Results This ap- proach can reduce operative trauma, shorten operative distance, and inprove casmetic effect. Conclusions The pro- cedure was a simple,useful and selectable operative method for pituitary adenoma.
