经尿道激光切除前列腺增生70例报告

Transurethral laser ablation of the prostate in 70 patients with benign prostatic hypertrophy

目的 评价经尿道激光切除前列腺增生的治疗效果。 方法 自 1993年 11月至 1996年 7月经尿道激光治疗前列腺增生 70例。术后随访 3～ 32月 ,平均 18 4月。 结果 手术前后国际症状评分分别为 2 7 1± 2 4和 5 7± 3 5 (P <0 0 1) ,最大尿流率为 7 8± 2 6和 15 4± 2 1(P <0 0 1)。治疗效果满意。 结论 经尿道激光治疗前列腺增生症安全、可靠 ,尤其适用于高龄体弱或合并其他疾病的前列腺增生患者。

Ojective To evaluate the therapeutic efficiency of transurethral laser ablation applied in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) Methods 70 cases of benign prostatic hypertplasia were treated with transurethral laser ablation (Nd:YAG) from 1993 to 1996. The patients were followed up for 3～32 months with an average of 18.4 moths Results Preoperative and postoperative I-PSS were 27.1±2.4 and 5 7±3.5 (P<0.01),MFR were 7.8±2.6 and 15.4±2.1(P<0.01) respectively. Therapeutic results were satisfactory Conclusions Transurethral laser ablation is safe and effective for the treatment of BPH and especially for patients with high risks.
