自制激光光纤对尿道狭窄的初步应用(附8例报告)

Preliminary observations of a laser-fiber made by myself in the treatment of urethrostenosis(A report of 8 cases)

回顾性分析 6年来采用自制激光光纤进行腔内照射切割治疗 8例前列腺增生伴严重的阴茎部 ,球膜部尿道狭窄的临床疗效。结果表明自制激光光纤照射切割尿道狭窄安全 ,手术操作方便 。

Therapeutic effects of intracavitary irradiation and excision treating 8 patients with prostatic hyperplasia accompanied by serious urethrostenosis the body and bulb of penis in the past 6 years were retrospectively reviewed. It was found that laser irradiation and cut for the treatment of unethrostenosis were a safe and simple therapeutic technique, which was easy to handle and reliable in efficacy.
