摘要
目的 分析术后禁食病人低白蛋白血症发生的原因。方法 选择 6 2例出现低血蛋白血症的术后病人 ,另选择相应疾病术后血清白蛋白正常者 71例作为对照组 ,对引起低白蛋白血症的原因和术后并发症进行分析。结果 与对照组相比 ,术后发生低白蛋白血症者出血量较大、补充能量和白蛋白量较少 ,血BuN较高 ;发生术后并发症也较多。结论 术后病人营养不良是发生低白蛋白血症的主要原因 。
Objective To study the causes and clinical significance of hypoalbuminaemia after operation.Methods The causes of hypoalbuminaemia and postoperative complications in 62 patients with hypoalbuminaemia and in 71 patients with normal albuminaemia was analysed and compared.Results Compared with control group,the amount of bleeding was larger,supplemented energy and albumin were less,blood BuN was higher and the rate of postoperative complications was higher in the group of hypoalbuminaemia.Conclusion The main causes of hypoalbuminaemia were malnutrition for postoperative patients.It is easier to cause complications in the condition of the patients with hypoalbuminaemia.
