摘要
目的 探讨老年椎动脉型颈椎病的诊治。方法 采用手法、牵引及配合静脉给药等中西医结合治疗的方法。结果 本组 38例 ,随访时间 2个月至 3年 6个月 ,优 2 5例 (6 5 8% ) ,良 8例 (2 1% ) ,可 5例(13 2 % ) ,优良率达 86 %。结论 对不能耐受手术的老年患者 ,为避免因手术而引起的并发症 ,此方法是一种安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy of senile patients.Methods The combine traditional chinese and western medicine including the manuduction,traction and intravenous drugs were applicated.Results All 38 cases patients were followed 2 to 42 months(average 24 months),according to Magshima's therapeutic evaluation,25 cases(65.8%) were satisfactory,8 cases(21%) favorable and 5 cases(13.2%) effective.The superior rate was 86%.Conclusion For senile patients who don't tolerate the surgical operation,this therapeutic method was safety,reliable and effective.
