经济欠发达地区乡镇卫生院卫生人力现状分析

Analysis on health manpower of township hospital in under-developed rural areas

通过对江西省 3县 72所乡镇卫生院的调查 ,分析了乡镇卫生院卫生人力数量、卫技人员专业分布及不同卫生院卫生人力的差别 ,并与全国农村卫生人力资料进行了比较 ,就合理配置经济欠发达地区乡镇卫生院卫生人力提出了几点建议。

The quantity of professional distribution and disparity of health manpower in 72 township hospitals have been analyzed. The results indicated that there are differences of manpower among various township hospitals. The authors also proposed some suggestions on reasonable allocation health manpower of towmship hospitals in under-developed rural area.
