江苏省乡镇卫生院医生供需平衡研究

Study on physicians supply and requirement balance at township hospital in Jiangsu Province

该文依据 1998年江苏省卫生服务调查资料及卫生统计资料对该省乡镇卫生院医生供给和需求现状进行了分析 ,并对其进行定量拟合研究 ,提出该省至少有 1/3的乡镇卫生院医生过剩。建议对现有医生队伍采取控制外延发展、合理调整分流、改善人员结构等措施 ,走减员增效之路。

The Current situation analysis on the physicians supply and requirement at township hospital in according with data from health sector survey and routine report system. The results show that at least one-third physicians over supply at township hospital in Jiangsu province base on quantitative analysis. The suggestions include: control the amount over increase, adequate adjust structure of health staff.
