摘要
目的:关注门诊用药结构变化。方法:对我院1995年～2000年门诊用药处方数量和用药金额进行分析。结果:门诊处方数量年增长率3.94％,门诊用药金额年增长率26.61％,住院用药金额年增长率11.58％,处方单价年增长率21.79％,用药总金额增长率21.43％。结论:门诊用药增长高于住院用药增长,门诊人次增长低于门诊处方数量增长,医院应重视这一现象。
AIM:To show concern for the structure changes of drug use in OPD. METHODS:To analyse the amount and sum of money of drugs written out in prescriptions of OPD in this hospital during the period 1995 -2000. RESULTS: The increase rate of number of prescriptions of OPD, sum of money of drugs used in OPD, sum of money of drugs used in in-patient department, unit price of one prescription and total money for drug consumption increased 3. 94% , 26. 61% , 11. 58% , 21. 79%and 21.43% respectively. CONCLUSION:The increase of the amount of drug used in OPD exceeds that in in-patient department.
