摘要
评价去甲万古霉素治疗耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌属感染疗效。方法:用国产去甲万古霉素(万迅)治疗耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌院内感染的病人34例,每d总量1.2g,治疗平均10.2d,观察其症状、体征变化及细菌清除情况。结果:治愈29例,好转4例,无效1例,总有效率98.3％。临床未见肝肾功能损害,治疗后细菌的总清除率为85.3％。结论:国产去甲万古霉素治疗耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌属感染临床效果满意,且经济、安全。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of norvancomycin in treating MRS infections. METHODS: 34 cases of nosocomial MRS infections were treated with domestic norvancomycin at a dose of 1. 2g/d with an average therapeutic course of 10.2d.The changes of symptoms and signs as well as bacterial clearance were observed. RESULTS: Among the 34 cases, 29 were cured, 4 improved and one was unsatisfactory, a total effective rate being 98. 3%. No liver and kidney dysfunctions were found. The total bacterial clearance rate was 85. 3%. CONCLUSION; The domestic norvancomycin is effective, inexpensive and safe in treating MRS infections.
