摘要
目的:讨论麻醉过程中药物间相互作用,倡导临床安全、合理用药。方法:综述临床10类以上常用药物与麻醉药物联用以及麻醉药物之间复合应用的疗效情况。结果与结论:充分认识药物之间的相互作用有利于麻醉安全。
OBjECTIVE:To discuss the mutal interactions between drugs during anesthesia and to promote clinically safe and rational drug use. METHODS: To describe the therapeutic effects of administrations of 10 common drugs in combination with narcotics and combined use of narcotics. RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Full understanding the interactions between drugs will be conductive to the safety of anesthesia.
