摘要
目的:阐述合理用药的意义,为治疗结核病提供参考。方法:分析耐药结核病的产生与不合理用药的关系。结果与结论:耐药结核病的产生多与不合理用药有关。因此,在大力实施直接督导短程化疗的同时广泛开展合理用药具有重大现实意义。
OBJECTIVE:To expound the significance of rational drug - use for providing therapeutic scheme for physicians' reference. METHODS: To analyse the relationship between the emergence of drug - resistant tuberculosis and irrationality of drug - use.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: The emergence of drug - resistant tuberculosis is related to the irrational drug -use.While we are energetically carrying out directly supervising short ?term chemotherapy,we should extensively promote rational drug - use,which has important significance.
