摘要
目的:探讨氟喹诺酮类抗菌药后效应及其合理应用。方法:参考有关论述氟喹诺酮类抗菌药后效应、不良反应及耐药性的文 献。结果与结论:了解氟喹诺酮类抗菌药后效应,可为临床合理用药提供科学依据,有利于减少不良反应和细菌耐药性的发生。
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the after-effects and rational use of fluroquinoloncs.METHODS:The articles related to the after-effects, ARDs and drug-resistance of fluroquinolones were reviewed .RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Understanding the after-effects of fluroquinolones may provide a scientific basis for ration use of drug and be beneficial to reduce the occurrence of ARDs and drugresistant bacteria .
