他克莫司与其它药物的相互作用 被引量:5

摘要 他克莫司( Tacrolimus, FK506)是一种新型的大环内酯类免疫抑制剂,通过与内源性细胞内受体(胞浆结合蛋白 FKBP12)结合形成一个 immunophilins复合物,抑制 T辅助细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、肥大细胞的早期活化基因的表达,从而抑制 T淋巴细胞的克隆扩增和细胞因子的产生。动物实验表明,他克莫司抑制 T细胞增殖反应能力比环孢素 A( CsA)强 100倍,而临床结果也表明其免疫抑制作用比 CsA强,不良反应较 CsA少。他克莫司正逐渐取代 CsA作为器官移植术后的首选免疫抑制剂。
