乌司他丁治疗20例急性轻症胰腺炎的疗效观察

Observation of the Therapeutic Effects of Urinastatin on Mild Acute Pancreatitis in 20 Cases

目的:观察乌司他丁治疗急性轻症胰腺炎的疗效。方法:将40例急性轻症胰腺炎患者均分为乌司他丁治疗组和对照组,对照 组采用常规治疗方案,治疗组除常规治疗外,加用乌司他丁。各组均观察临床治愈时间及监测血淀粉酶变化。结果:治疗组在降低急 性轻症胰腺炎血淀粉酶及临床治愈时间方面明显优于对照组。结论:乌司他丁能有效阻滞急性轻症胰腺炎的病情发展。

OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic effects of urinastatin, trypsin inhibitor(UTI), on mild acute pancreatitis. METHODS: 40 cases of mild acute pancreatitis were divided into 2 groups: UTI-treating group and control group.The control group received routine treatment and UTI group routine treatment plus UTI.Changes of serum amylase were observed in both groups. RESULTS:The therapeutic effects on decreasing serum amylase level and shortening clinical therapeutic course were better in UTI group than those in control group. CONCLUSION: UTI can effectively impede the progress of mild acute pancreatitis.
