1998年～2000年我院中草药制剂应用现状分析

Analysis of the Current Situation of Application of Herbal Preparations in Our Hospital During the Period 1998-2000

目的:了解中草药制剂在临床上的应用状况。方法:对1998年～2000年常用中草药针剂的品种、数量、消耗金额、日均药费, 采用DDDs进行排序;对常用中草药口服制剂则以剂型、种数和消耗金额作统计。结果:常用中草药制剂应用逐年增加,消耗金额上 升。结论:中草药制荆在临床应用中占有重要地位,提高用药频度的关键是确保制剂的高质量、高疗效和高安全性。

OBJECTIVE: To clarify the situation of clinical application of herbal preparations.METHODS: To make a sequence of commonly - used herb injections with DDD analysis in respect to the kind, quantity, consumption value, daily cost. To calculate the commonly - used herb oral preparations about dosage form, sort and consumption value.RESULTS: The application and consumption value of commonly - used herbal preparations rose year by year. CONCLUSION: Herbal preparations hold an impotant position in clinical application.The key to the increase of frequency of use lies in high quality, high therapeutic effect and safety of preparation.
