摘要
目的:分析抗感染药物的应用现状和发展趋势,以引导临床合理用药。方法:对我院1999年～2000年抗感染药物种类、用量、金额和DDDs等进行归类统计、比较和分析。结果:我院抗感染药物用药金额占全部药品金额的7.9％,β-内酰胺类药物在用量、金额、DDDs排序中均列第1位;合资、进口药品分别为国产药品金额的7.8倍和5.6倍。结论:分析结果对我院合理应用抗感染药物有一定的参考价值。
OBJECTIVE: To survey the current situation and developing trend of the use of anti - infectives and to guide clinical rational drug use. METHODS: The anti - infectives used in this sanatorium during the period 1999-2000 were classified, analysed and compared in respect to the kinds, quantity, sum of money,DDDs etc. RESULTS:The sum of money of anti -infectives used in this sanatorium accounted for 7.9% of that of all drugs during 1999 - 2000. β- lactams ranked first in the amount of consumption, sum of money and DDDs. The sums of money of anti - infectives produced by joint ventures and imported were 7. 8 times and 5. 6 times as much as that of domestic products, respectively. CONCLUSION:The results can provide reference material for rational use of anti - infectives in this sanatorium.
