Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Three Therapeutic Schemes for Simple Gonorrhea

目的:为临床合理用药、科学决策提供循证依据。方法:运用药物经济学成本-效果方法对A、B、C种治疗方案进行回顾性分析评价。结果:A方案为最佳治疗方案。结论:药物经济学对优化治疗方案具有重要作用。

OBJECTIVE: To provide a scientific basis for rational drug use and correct decision. METHODS: Using pharma-coeeonomic cost-effectiveness analysis, three therapeutic schemes, A, B and C,were retrospectively evaluated. RESULTS: Seh-eme A was the best one. CONCLUSION:Pharmacoeconomics plays an important role in optimizing therapeutic scheme.
