摘要
目的:为临床合理应用高选择性非甾体抗炎药提供参考。方法:介绍高选择性非甾体抗炎药的研究进展和作用特点,并对其在临床上的应用进行评价。结果与结论:高选择性非甾体抗炎药对环氧化酶-2的选择性高,作用途径不断拓展,具有广阔的临床应用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To provide information of clinical use of highly-selective non-steroid anti-inflammatory agents (HNAA) .METHODS: To introduce the research progress and characteristics of pharmaceutical action of HNAAs and to evaluate their clinical application .RESULTS & CONCLUSION: HNAAs exhibit highly-selective action to cyclooxygenase.The route of action is in expanding,so HNAAs have broad prospects in application.
