儿童哮喘的治疗进展
摘要
哮喘是发生于儿童的极为常见的慢性疾病,其发病率日见上升.近几十年来,哮喘的定义几经变迁,如今的定义为:伴发支气管高反应性(bronchial hyperresponsiveness,BHR)的可逆性气道阻塞,其病理改变为慢性或反复发作的气道炎症.
