摘要
在总结 ITS智能交通的发展过程中 ,对我国 ITS的正确认识和理解问题提出了新的见解 ,尤其是 ITS在我国道路交通管理上的应用与发展方向上 ,如交通工程问题以及交通参与者的交通行为规范问题方面 。
In sum up the developing process of Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS),this paper gives some new opinion and research appoach on proper understand ITS concept and operation in our country. Specially ITS application and development in urban traffic management, traffic engineering and traffic participator behavior criterion aspects are need to consideration.
