摘要
多性状动物模型BLUP法(Best linear UnbiasedPrediction)作为现代遗传评估的标准方法,早以被养猪技术先进国家采用,金华种猪场加系大约克核心群于1996年采用BLUP法,结合MTEBV软件,对背膘厚和日增重两性状进行选择,通过4年的严格选育,种猪平均背膘厚下降0.33cm,平均瘦肉率提高2个百分点,断奶到100公斤体重阶段平均日增重提高22克,平均育种值指数从94.27提高到102.47。
Best Linear unbiased Prediction Was Used by advanced country in Pig industry as a standard method of genetic evaluation long ago. JinHua Pig breeding farm started using this method in canadain Yorkshire nucleus herd in 1996, combined with MTEBV software by selecting tow prop-erties: backfat and daily gain, After four yrars, 0.33cm has been cut down in average backfat, 2 percentage has been improved in average lean meat, 22 gram has been added average daily gain, and average INDEX has come to 102.47 from 94.27.
