斑点免疫酶渗滤法检测分泌物中淋病奈瑟氏菌抗原

摘要 目的:建立分泌物中淋病奈瑟氏菌抗原快速斑点免疫酶渗滤法(DIEFA)。方法:应用DIEFA检测分泌物中淋病奈瑟氏菌抗原,并与常规淋病奈瑟氏菌培养及间接免疫荧光染色法进行比较研究。结果:DIEFA检测分泌物中淋病奈瑟氏菌抗原敏感性高于常规培养法及间接兔疫荧光染色法。整个检测过程在3h内完成。斑点色泽鲜艳,结果易于判断。结论:DIEFA敏感性高、特异性强、且简便、快速,具有实际应用价值。 A dot-immunoenzyme filtration assay (DIEFA) was developed for the detection of neisseria gonorrhoeae antigen in secretion, and compared with the indirect immunofluorescence stain tech-nique (FA) the routine culture of the neisseria gonorrhoeae. This method was simple, rapid and the whole manipulation only needed 3 hours. The color of the positive dots were so bright that the results could be easily determined. Comparison this method with the conventional culture technique and FA, its sensitivity was shown to be highest than that of other methods. Its extension for practical use is valuble.
