The new material plays an important part in the development of national economy and the building up of national defence. The training of person of higher and newer technology needs at-mosphere and should be paid attention to from children. From the strategic height, to probe the countermeasure out of the fault of material teaching of chemistry while using course theory which is based on the reality of normal schools can fully develop the educational function of material teaching.
