孕康口服液与HCG配对治疗黄体功能不全60例分析

探讨回音必R孕康口服液治疗黄体功能不全效果。将60例黄体功能不全的病例随机分成两组,分别用孕康口服液、绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)进行治疗。根据基础体温、黄体期雌孕激素水平进行治疗前后的对比观察。两组效果无差异,但与治疗前相比有显著性差异。回音必孕康口服液用于黄体功能不全治疗是安全有效的。

To investigate the efficacy of HUIYINBI R Yunkangkoufuye in the treatment of Luteal phase de-fect(LPD),60cases with Luteal phase defect were divided into2groups randomly.In the study group were treated with Yunkangkoufuye vs the control group with Human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG).Then by comparing,the therapeutic effects based on Basal body temperature(BBT)and the level of estrogen and progesterone during corpus lutein,in wos found the efficacy between two groups is of no difference and both significantly efficacy than that of those with non-treatment.HUIYINBI Yunkangkoufuye is of efficacy and safe ty in the treatment of Luteal phase defect(LPD).
