试论明代湖州蚕桑经济的发展及其原因

Analysis of the Development and the Cause of the Silkworm and Mulberry Trade in the Huzhou Area in the Ming Dynasty

自古以来,蚕桑经济在湖州地区占有重要的地位,尤其到了明朝,蚕桑经济成为湖州地区整个国民经济发展中的支柱产业。本文对当时湖州蚕桑经济发展的各方面进行了总结,认为蚕桑经济的发展对湖州乃至全国的商品经济都起到了重要的推动作用,并分析了当时蚕桑经济得以发展的原因,这对我们今天发展经济仍具有重要的借鉴作用。

Since the ancient years,the silkworm and mulberry trade has been playing an important role in the area of Huzhou,especially in the Ming Dynasty,the silkworm and mulberry trade became the mainstay of the development of national economy in the Huzhou area.This paper sums up each aspect of the development of the silkworm and mulberry trade in Huzhou at that time,hold-ing that the development of the silkworm and mulberry trade promotes the commodity economy of HuZhou,or even the whole country.Also this paper analyses the causes of the development of the silkworm and mulberry trade,which are still the important reference to the economic development at the present time.
