摘要 目的:改进常用薄层色谱法定性鉴定氨基酸实验中常出现展开效果差,易拖尾,重复性差等不足问题,探讨微乳氨基酸乳液展开剂的性能和效果。方法:采用十二烷基硫酸钠/正丁醇/正己烷/水配制成微乳液作为展开剂,对教学中常见的5种氨基酸进行微乳薄层色谱法分析。结果:展开效果好,色谱性能稳定,重现性良好。结论:微乳液在氨基酸薄层色谱教学中是可采用的一种方法。 Objective;To improve the genernal thin-layer chromatography to judge the character of the amino acid.In the process of the test it appears genernally the insufficient problem s with the expensionary effect,delay tail,the repeating character and ect.The paper investigates the property and the result of the microemulsion liguid that uses as a developer.Methods:It analyses genernally the5amino acids with the microemulsion thin-layer chromatography using sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)/n-buty alco-hoe/n-hexane/water microemulsion liguid as a developer in the process of the teaching.Results:The microemulsion liguid has a good effect as a developer.Chromatography is stable in the property and good in the repeating.Conclusion:The microemulsion liguid is a method that may be applied in the process of the teaching to the thin-layer chromatography of the amino acids.
