Development of the Circulating Dryer for Grain Drying

本文论述了5HG-3型循环式谷物烘干机烘干工艺、工作原理及主要结构,分析计算了干燥仓内物料、热量和干燥介质消耗量的内在关系,试验研究了处理量、初始水份对烘后物料品质的影响。

The5HG-3circulating dryer on grain drying has been developed in Jiangzhe area.This paper describes the design and testing of circulating dryer,presents the drying process-flow,construction and drying parameters of the dryer,and based on the tests,brings about the effect of treatment quantity and initial moisture on dried quality and index of dryer performance.
