金属镉对草履虫繁殖能力和过氧化物酶活性影响的研究

Study on the Influence of Cadmium upon Fecundity of Paramecium and Activity of Peroxidase

本文测试了三种镉化合物对草履虫的生物毒性,结果显示其毒性硫酸镉最大,氯化镉次之,硝酸镉最低。在用不同浓度氯化镉处理草履虫后发现,草履虫的繁殖能力和过氧化物酶的活性会随氯化镉浓度的增大而明显下降。这表明氯化镉不仅具有较强的急性致死毒性,而且还具有慢性积累毒性作用,会影响草履虫的正常生理和后代繁殖。

By testing the biological poison of three types of cadmium combination towards paramecium,the paper shows the toxic efficacy reaches maximum when using CdSO4,medium when using CdNO3and minimum when using CdCl2.It is found that the fecundity of paramecium and the energy of enzyme descend with the increasing of density of CdCl2after dealing with paramecium by CdCl2of different density.This displays that CdCl2has not only acute toxicity,but the function of chronic accumulation of toxicity,which affects the normal physiology and fecundity of paramecium.
