建优牌大约克种猪评定标准的研究

The Criterion of Judging JianYou Yorkshire

建优牌大约克种猪于2000年5月由金华种猪场申请备案、登记、注册,该品种猪具有生长速度快,瘦肉率高,繁殖性能好等特性。本标准的起草以多年来建优牌大约克猪生产过程中所有统计资料为依据,根据种猪各阶段不同性状和重要性,分三个阶段进行评定,即:60日龄时、体重达75kg-110kg时和成年阶段,采用等级评定制度,把种质量化,操作方便,又符合科学。

JianYou Yorkshire has been applied for register by Jinhua pig breeding farm in May2000.This breeding pig have special characteristics such as high growth rate,high lean meat percentage and good reproductive performance.Based on all statistical data from JianYou Yorkshire production the paper draws the criterion.According to different traits and importance in different stages,pigs can be judged by three stages:60-day age,70kg-110kg body weight and adult stage.This method can record pig quality and be easy to operate.
