对艺术类学生的教育管理是全国高校学生教育管理工作中出现的带有共性的难点问题。艺术专业的特殊要求决定了对艺术类学生教育管理的特殊性和复杂性。尤其在新的历史时期，随着条件的不断变化，艺术类学生又呈现出新的特点。本文通过对这些特点及其成因的剖析，提出了新时期艺术类学生的教育管理对策，有利于进一步加强对艺术类学生的教育管理工作，有利于高校稳定。

The education and administration of students of art have something in common with the same work of students of other specialities in every university of the country. The special requirements for art students decide the specificity and complexity for the work. In the new era, with the changing of historical conditions, students of art show their new charateristics. This article explores these new characteristics and the cause of formation, meanwhile puts forword some strategies which will fruther enhance the education and administration of students of art. The stability thus will be maintained.
