高等院校的发展及合理布局是云南建设的关键

The development and rational arrangement of higher education institutions is the key to the construction in Yunnan, China

文章分析了高等教育与社会经济发展的联系，认为高等院校，尤其是综合大学不仅培养高层次的人才，而且还熏陶周围环境，提高社会的整体素质。文章认为，云南省高等教育相对落后，而高校的布局尤不合理。文章根据云南的实际，提出应适当超前在相应的地方设置综合大学。文章认为，高等院校的合理布局将极大地促进云南社会经济的发展。

This paper discusses the relation between higher education and social economy development. It is thought that universities and colleges, especially universities, can not only produce high level talents, but also influence environment around and raise the quality of whole social membership. It is thought that higher education in Yunnan is backward relatively and the arrangement of universilies and colleges is unrational. According to the reality of Yunnan,we suggest to set up advanced universities in corresponding positions. It is also thought that rational arrangement will greatly promote social economy development in Yunnan.
