创新是知识经济的一个重要特征，如何培养生命科学领域的创新人才是生命科学教育工作者的任务。本文从教育观念的更新和学生创新思维的培养两个方面探讨生命科学教育中，创新人才的培养问题。

Creation is an important feature of the knowledge-based economy . It is a responsibility for teacher how to train creative personnel in the studies of the life science. In this thesis , the training creative personnel are inquired into two respects: one is renewing educational senses ;anther is the training creative thoughts of students.
