摘要
在整个20世纪,定量研究处于研究方法的主流,定性研究处于研究方法的边缘.定性研究与定量研究在理论基础、研究方法、研究目的、研究者与被研究者的关系等方面存在不同.教育是一种复杂的人文现象,教育研究需要把定量研究与定性研究结合起来,教育研究方法应从一元走向多元.
In the 2oth century, quantitative research is in the main stream, however qualitative research is in the fringe of education research method. There are many differences between them, for example in the theory base, research method, research goal and the relation between researcher and subject researcher. Education is a kind of complicated humanities phenomenon; it needs to combine the two research methods and the education research method must be changed from monism to pluralism.
