摘要
自1985年在中小学逐步实行校长负责制以来,人们对它的实际落实情况和实践效果有多种评价,主要还是对其内涵看法不同.有的强调这一领导体制传统的一元化本质,有的则强调这一领导体制的现代特征或开放性特点.本文认为,认识校长负责制不能拘泥于已经形成的理论逻辑,必须着眼于实践需要.这样才能形成合理的认识和实践.
The headmaster leadership system has been adopted in the elementary and middle schools since 1985, different comment on its implement and effect has arisen. In this essay, the author believes that the headmaster leadership system should not be restricted to the theoretical logic, but it must be based on the practical need.
