关于目前高校图书馆改革的几点思考

随着改革的不断深入和发展,高校图书馆由于自身条件的限制,面临的压力越来越大.传统的管理机制和职能与读者日益增长的需求不相适应.致使高校图书馆为教学科研服务,为经济建设服务的既定目标受到了严重制约,阻碍了图书馆事业的进一步发展.因此,改革势在必行.笔者从高校图书馆当前所面临的困境、内部管理机制的配套改革、图书馆的职能的强化等方面进行了思考和探索,旨在找出路径,求得图书馆事业的发展.

With the deepening and development of the reform, the university libraries limited by their own conditions are facing more and more pressures. The traditional management of libraries can not meet the ever-increasing demand of readers. Thus the set-goal of university libraries to serve teaching and scientific research and economic construction is seriously hindered, the further development of libraries is hardi-capped. So the university libraries must be reformed. Hence, the article discusses the criticle situation of university libraries and the complete-set reform of the internal management mechanism , and the strengthening of the library functions, and so on. In order to find out the approach to develop the cause of university libraries.
