骨干教师培训中体现学员主体性作用的探索与思考

The study of student subjectivity in the English Backbone Teacher Training

本文结合云南省英语骨干教师培训项目,首先分析了学生主体性的几个基本特征,包括选择性、自主性、能动性和创造性,然后围绕培训目标、课程设计、培训模式、师资配备和教学管理等内容,就如何在培训中进一步发挥学员主体性作用提出了一些思考.

This paper, based on the reflections of the English Backbone Teacher Training Project of Yunnan, first analyzes the basic features of student subjectivity, including choice, autonomy, initiative and creativity. And then the author gives some suggestions on how to bring the subjective initiative of the trainees into full play in teacher training from the perspectives of the training goals, curriculum design, training models, teacher appointment and management.
