我国是多民族的国家,社会主义现代化建设需要培养一大批德才兼备的优秀干部,其中包括少数民族妇女干部.本文在对少数民族妇女现状及原因分析的基础上,提出了培养选拔少数民族妇女干部的对策研究.

Being a multinational country, China calls for a great many morally and intellectually capable leaders including woman leaders in its socialist modernization construction. This paper studies on the strategiesof selecting and cultivating ethnic minority woman leaders based on the analysis of the present condition.
