细胞凋亡与移植心脏急性排斥反应的实验研究

Experimental Study on Apoptosis and Acute Rejection of Cardiac Allograft in Rat

目的 探讨大鼠异位心脏移植的急性排斤反应与细胞凋亡之间的关系.方法采用大鼠颈部心脏移植的动物模型,在移植术后的不同时间,取下移植心脏,流式细胞术测定移植心脏组织的细胞凋亡率.结果急性排斥反应时,移植心脏的细胞凋亡率比正常心脏组织增高.结论 细胞凋亡参与大鼠心脏移植的急性排斥反应,在整个排斥反应过程中细胞凋亡率均增高.

Objective To study the relationship between apoptosis and acute rejection of cardiac allograft in rat. Methods Heterotopic cervical hear transplantation was performed. At different stages of heart transplantation ,the cardiac allografts were taken for the detection of apoptotic rate by flow cytometry (FCM). Results The apoptotic rate in the group of acute rejection was higher than that in the group of normal. Conclusion Apoptosis was involved in acute rejection of cardiac allograft in rat. The apoptotic rate was higher through transplant rejection.
