血管紧张素-Ⅱ的Ⅱ型受体与心血管疾病的研究进展

摘要 血管紧张素(Aug-Ⅱ)的作用是通过其受体来完成的.目前,Aug-Ⅱ受体分为Ⅰ型(AT_1)和Ⅱ型(AT_2)两种.AT_1受体介导着Aug-Ⅱ的缩血管升压、促进钢水吸收和平滑肌细胞生长的作用;AT_2受体主要在胎儿时期表达,过去对其作用了解不多,近年来发现AT_2受体具有对抗AT_1受体功能的作用.本文就这方面的研究作一综述.1 AT_2受体的结构、分布及调节从鼠和人的cDNA文库和基因组DNA中克隆表达的AT_2的cDNA,均含有1089碱基对,编码一个有7个跨膜域的含363个氨基酸的AT_2受体蛋白,在人和鼠AT_2受体的氨基酸顺序保持高度的一致,但AT_2受体氨基酸和AT_1受体氨基酸顺序只有32~34%是一致的.
