不稳定型冠状动脉疾病的治疗新进展
摘要
不稳定型冠状动脉疾病(UCAD)是近几年来对缺血性心脏病新采用的分类方法,包括不稳定型心绞痛(UA)及非Q波形心肌梗死(NQMI).由于二者在发病机理、临床表现、治疗原则及预后等方面均极相似,在临床上也极难鉴别,因此统而称之.本文重点讨论UCAD的治疗新进展.
