充血性心力衰竭患者的血压变异性及临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 个体在一定时间内血压波动的程度称为血压变异性(BPV),BPV已被作为一项独立的反映心血管活动的指标.通过计算监测期间整个测量时间范围内血压的标准差(SD)是一个能反映BPV的可靠指标.有研究证明,高血压患者SD比正常人高,而且随着血压程度的不同和靶器官损害的加重,SD也逐步升高.本文对51例充血性心力衰竭(CHF)病人行动态血压监测,分析其血压变异特点,探讨其临床意义.1 材料与方法1.1 病例选择对1998年5月~1999年12月的CHF病人51例行动态血压监测,其中男性38例,女性13例,年龄35~75岁,平均年龄58±12岁.原发疾病:冠心病46例,扩张型心肌病5例.按NYHA心功能分级:Ⅱ级26例,Ⅲ级18例,Ⅳ级7例.分组:心功能Ⅱ级26例为A组,心功能Ⅲ~Ⅳ级25例为B组.
