摘要
滑阀真空泵是一种容积式真空泵 ,在各工业领域广泛应用。但该泵的旋转活塞平衡长期以来无精确计算方法。其旋转活塞产生的离心力引起发泵的大振动。因此降低该泵的振动长期以来为各国设计者们追寻的目标。文章在分析滑阀泵旋转活塞惯性力的基础上 ,从理论上分析比较了 H- 150 A、H- 150型国产单缸泵及英国 General公司的 GKT- 30 0 AB型 3缸结构滑阀泵的平衡效果。在滑阀泵动平衡的发展方向提出了自己的看法。
Rotary piston pump is a volume type vacuum pump and is applied widely, but there has been no method for exactly calculating dynamic balance of rotary piston up to the present. And it has been the main aim of designers home and abroad to decrease the vibration of the pump which is caused by the centrifugal force of the piston. In this paper, the dynamic force of piston is analyzed, and the balance effects of simplex pumps H 150A,H 150,and triplex pump GKT 300 AB are compared. And some opinions about the developing direction of balancing rotary piston pump are also given.
